# Nested Form Workflows

[**Nested Forms**](/userguide/forms/form-building/form-components/premium-components.md#nested-form) allow users to insert an existing Form or Resource (*child form)* into another Form or Resource (*parent form*). All fields contained within the child form, including all field settings, will display accordingly, in the Parent form. 

The following examples will showcase different ways to utilize the Nested Form component.
